If your account connection fails and says "invalid", please confirm that you’re able to successfully log in to your account on the retailer’s website or app. You may need to update your username or password. Please note we currently don't support logging in through third parties (such as Facebook or Google).
Here are some tips on how to reset a retailer password:
- Go to the retailer's website or app and log out from your account (skip this if you're not logged in)
- Tap or click “Reset Password”
- The retailer may trigger an email to that email account with a link that will allow you to set a new password
- Once that new password is set, you can re-connect your Merryfield account using that email address and new password
If you do end up resetting your password with a retailer, we'd recommend you edit your existing connection and NOT cancel or delete the connection. If you tap the option to "cancel" the link, this will delete the connection entirely.
When the connection is first created, regardless of what states it goes through after that, we use the time it was created to calculate the starting point from which we should start searching for transactions. If you delete the connection and recreate it, then you are resetting that start date.
