With Android devices, sometimes the settings can default to opening links with a web browser. If you're clicking the "Reset password" link and you're being redirected to our website in a web browser, then updating your settings should solve the issue. As long as the link is opened with the Merryfield app, the link should work.
If you're given the opportunity where a screen comes up saying "Chose Activity," you'll need to click on "Merryfield" to be taken to the app to reset your password.
You might need to reset this setting. You'll need to go to Settings --> Apps --> select three buttons at the top right of the screen --> choose "Reset App Preferences." After that, you should be able to choose again how links should open.
