What stores do you accept receipts from?

To put it short and sweet, any store!

With Merryfield, you can submit a traditional paper receipt from any brick-and-mortar store for an in-store shopping trip. You'll earn Everyday Rewards points for those receipts as long as they feature one of our member brands. 

Please note that our receipt scanner does not accept images of screens, handwritten receipts, or large paper printouts of invoices. 

Here are additional reasons as to why your receipt might not be accepted: 

• Receipt date is outside of the two-week upload window
• Date is missing
• It's a duplicate of another receipt
• Poor lighting or receipt quality
• You've hit the cap of 50 receipts per rolling week

Have a digital receipt? We currently accept digital receipts (for both iOS and Android) from Amazon (including Whole Foods Market and Amazon Fresh pickup and delivery), Instacart, Target, Walmart, Sprouts, Kroger, Albertsons, ShopRite, and Wegmans — and we’ll be adding more digital retailers in the future. 

To add this receipt, connect your retailer account through the Merryfield app. Once your account connects and you press "Refresh," your digital receipt should populate automatically. If not, please contact us at [e-mail] with a copy of this missing transaction, and we'll be happy to help!
