We consider a valid receipt to be any traditional paper receipt printed at the cash register from an in-store shopping trip at any brick-and-mortar location. The receipt must be submitted within 14-days of the purchase date to qualify for points and show the following information:
- Store name
- Store location
- Date and time of purchase
- Subtotal and total of the purchase
We cannot accept pictures of screens, handwritten receipts, or large paper printouts of invoices.
Here are additional reasons as to why your receipt might not be accepted:
- The receipt date is outside of the two-week upload window
- The date is missing
- It's a duplicate of another receipt
- Poor lighting or receipt quality
- You've hit the cap of 50 receipts per rolling week
