How are gift cards delivered?

Gift cards are delivered electronically to the email address associated with your account. They will also show up in your Wallet tab in the Rewards section of the app.

To use the gift card, tap on the image of the gift card then tap "Use Gift Card." A new window will open with retailer-specific instructions. Some retailers will provide a new window with a page that can be scanned for use immediately, in store or with a code for online. Other retailers such as Amazon will ask you to enter the security code (which is provided in the previous screen) before it's valid to use. Questions? Please reach out to us at [e-mail]
