Points will be automatically added to your account within 7 days of your items being picked up or delivered and will appear in My Earnings. (Pssst: It's usually much quicker than that!)
Have an item eligible for points, but wasn't being picked up on the initial scan? Make sure to edit your receipt before continuing, and our friendly customer support team will take a look and respond within 72 business hours!
