Unfortunately, we don't support the ability to log in to your account without using a password. We'd suggest going through the "Forget Password" flow on your retailer's website and establishing a new password that can be used to connect your account to Merryfield. Once you have the new password, you should be able to use this to link your account to Merryfield.
