At Merryfield, we want to reward you every time you purchase products from our participating better-for-you brands — even if you don't have a paper receipt. Digital Receipts are paperless versions of a grocery store transaction. These purchases can be made online (either through the retailer's app or website) for pickup or delivery, or in-store if you opt for paperless receipts.
In order for us to credit you for these purchases, you'll need to connect your retailer account through Merrfield. Here's how:
- Open the Merryfield app and tap "Receipt" in the lower middle of the screen
- Scroll down to "Manage Retailers" or tap the retailer icon
- Select "All retailers"
- Press on the logo/retailer you wish to connect with
- You can connect to as many different retailers as you'd like!
- Click "Connect account" and then "Connect account" again on the next page
- Enter your login credentials
- Just as a heads up, we recommend typing these out rather than copying/pasting, as this can create a trailing or leading space, which will result in an error message
- You may need to complete additional verification steps here (such as a CAPTCHA or entering a one-time passcode)
- Once completed, you'll be notified that your account is connected, and we'll immediately start trying to pull in any transactions within the last 90 days
- Please note, in order for new transactions to be added, you'll need to press the "Refresh" button
