After you take a photo of your receipt, you’ll arrive at a Review Receipt page. If you notice something missing, you can edit your receipt before you submit.
By tapping "Edit Receipt" after you scan your receipt, you can notify our customer service team of any missing points from your shopping trip. You can scan barcodes (if the wrong item is coming up), adjust quantities, and more! Scanning barcodes also helps our system learn, so the same items are less likely to be missed the next time you buy them.
Don't have a barcode to scan? Follow these steps to ensure your items are captured:
- After scanning your receipt, scroll down to "Edit Receipt"
- Tap the line item you wish to edit and click "Continue"
- Click "Don't have a barcode to scan?"
- Click "Continue"
- Tap "Which brand did you buy?" and scroll through the brands to select the one you purchased
- If editing for Fresh Produce, select "Merryfield Produce" as the brand
- Continue these steps until all of your items are accounted for
