We've noticed some small local retailers (and Sprouts specifically) use their own "receipt language" that's harder to decode because the descriptions are general and don't include any brand name descriptions. Meaning, Merryfield products are likely to be missed by these stores.
If you notice something missing, you can edit your receipt before you submit. By tapping "Edit Receipt" after you scan your receipt, you can notify our customer service team of any missing points from your shopping trip. You can scan barcodes (if the wrong item is coming up), adjust quantities, and more! Scanning barcodes also helps our system learn, so the same items are less likely to be missed the next time you buy them.
You can also reach out to customer support directly by emailing us at support@merryfield.com and list out what products you purchased. Also, pictures of those items would be appreciated (but not required!).
